Does The Wii Have the Hardware to play Dreamcast Games?

The mega CD is just an extension to the Megadrive, easily to impliment into an emulator. (Chances are that Sonic CD on the Sonic Gems collection on the Gamecube is running under emulation)

Saturn may be possible on the Wii, emulating the two 28MHz SH2 processors and the two GPUs. Given that if it was done, there would be the full technical support of Sega behind it (unlike homebrew emulators that involve trying to back engineer a system to see how it works!)

Dreamcast... nah, it's a 200MHz SH4 CPU, trying to emulate that on a 730ish MHz enhanced PowerPC (although speed is still unconfirmed by Nintendo) would be a very hard task, although it would depend how low a level it has to emulate. If it's possible to make a fast translator for taking care of the DC's PowerVC GPU with the Hollywood CPU and a lot of tasks can be emulated at a higher level then something may be possible, but probably best not to get your hopes up!

(HLE... High Level Emulation... very useful if tasks don't need to emulated at low hardware level - like what the original UltraHLE emulator did which could emulate the 94MHz N64 on the likes of a Pentium 333 with a Voodoo card.... they were the days!)
