How do I access it, I can't seem to find a link. I looked at the person profile but no link to pm.

Some members don't allow private messages or maybe their inbox is full? if I click on yours it allows me to send you PM.

When I click your profile I don't see any tabs to send you a pm. Do I need to activate it?

Click on "hornetstinger" word a pop up pops up, then you can select send direct message.

Unsure if you need to be a member for x amount of time, or a certain number of posts.

Can't see it, I guess it could be the conditions you listed. Thanks for letting me know.

As Maccy has stated - you need to participate on the forums more to increase your post count.

I don't think my post count has increased. Still at 27.
