does these temps sound right?

i just got an asrock extreme 4 gen3 board and an i7 ive overclocked it to 4.8ghz at idle its between 38 and 40 degrees and when i run prime95 the temps hit like 79 -83 are these right or is that to high? it is watercooled to with an ek supreme block

erm... idle sounds about right but underload... that is a bit high... could try and push/pull config on the radiator to get more air onto it to cool the liquid!

im using the lcs cooling system which came with the thermaltake case has one thermaltake fan on it
