Does this AOC AG271QG AGON monitor have a G-Sync module?

Hi,

Recently bought one and when I look in nVidia Control Panel under the G-Sync option the monitor shows as 'G-sync compatible'.

Does that mean it doesn't actually have the module inside but instead is deemed good enough for nVidia to say it can do g-sync?

This is the monitor: https://eu.aoc.com/en/gaming/products/monitor/ag271qg/specification

EDIT:

Yes it does :) found this on the nVidia website

I wonder why it says "G-Sync compatible" in the nVidia control panel and not just "G-Sync" ?

I have a question about the colour modes on this monitor. One is called sRGB and when selected my monitor goes very bright and colours are great. Is it ok to leave this on? Or is it bad for the monitor?

I previously had it set to User with r g b all set to 50% which is what it came like out of the box
