The NZXT H1 has a USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C front connector.

As the mobo rear IO isn't really accessible, is there a cable to connect this front panel header to the external USB 3.1?

I didn't explain well enough.

I want to go X570, so have the ROG Strix, or Aorus Pro WiFi. The Gigabyte board is the cheaper of the two (which I'll probably end up with), but is doesn't have a front port connector for the USB type C.

Because the H1 IO is difficult to access, I'd like to use the front port.

Does anything exist to extend the front port connector so I can route it outside and plug it into the mobo IO?

had a look at the case and it seems although its difficult to access you can still plug things into the mobo IO, so wouldnt it be easier just to get a male to female usb-c cable and have it plugged into the mobo IO?

Yep, probably. I just thought if it did exist, I'd buy the cable.
