hi all im after a case i can modify but i want it to start with no vents on the side or top as i am going to cut my own design i was looking at this one

does it have any fan vents on the other side or is it plain?.

can all he panels be reomoved from this one i mean can i drill the pop rivets out and have it as a flat pack so to speak?.
