Does this cpu socket look ok?

Hi,just got my Asus Blitz motherboard today and noticed that the plastic cpu socket surround seems to bend in over on the right & left hand sides.

Does this look correct

Should be fine, longs as the cpu fits in the key.

it looks more like the sides have dipped edges (so you can lift the cpu out) giving the impression that they are bowing in

Yep, if it was straight it might be much more difficult to take the cpu out, might need some fingernails!

Make sure the processor does not move within the socket once its placed. If theres no movement then it should be fine.

Does look a little different.
