On your webpage you have the main content and at the bottom there is a little edit button. When clicked it asks for a username and password then you edit it like a wiki but it can be used on any site. It is so people with no knowledge can update the site so not only I have to update it as only i know html.

could I achieve this with blogs and rss feeds?

By your silence i think you dont know. (sorry for the impatience :D)

Well you might want to look at a content management system. You could design the site and then let other users add/edit content.

And leaving 24 minutes between your posts on a Saturday night isn't enough time really to start to think that people don't know. They might be busy or out for the evening. :)

Well the choice of cms would depend on what server you have and what kind of website you want to run. You should just be able to install the cms and then carry the content over. Admittedly I have little knowledge on cms but I do think that the situation you are in could be fixed by using a cms.

I've done a quick cms search on OcUK. http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/search.php?searchid=3931046

Maybe you'll get an idea of which cms' might suit you.

This might also help explain what a cms is and can do for you.

And this is a list of content management systems. The most popular free ones would be Drupal and Joomla I think.
