Does this guitar exist and if so where?

I'm looking for a Telecaster (preferably Fender) with the following configuration.

Single coil centre and neck with a humbucker at the bridge.

Preferably a maple neck but that's not essential.

I can't seem to find anything like that....help

The closest I've found so far would be one of these...

... but you'd have to mod the neck and mid humbuckers with coil taps [but that would be one flexible guitar!]. Oh, and it's not a Bigsby trem. Looks pretty cool, though

Not as simple as you'd think is it?

I could build one or just work on an a model with three single coils but......well, I can't be arsed.

This ticks most boxes but I hate signature guitars
