Does this look like a dead pixel?

Found two of these on my AW2518HF, not sure whether to send it back but there's always the risk of it being worse, both are not in the middle.

Click defective pixels and and click the arrows on the left hand side. If it's not pure green/red/blue in that area you've got a dead sub-pixel. If it's black on the white, red, blue and green screens you've got a dead pixel. If it shows up on the black you have a stuck/bright pixel/sub-pixel.

Looks like a piece of dust inside the panel. Can happen and quite a common occurrence by today’s quality standards on monitors.

I’d return for a replacement/refund. Dell are usually pretty good and would see that as a fault.
