Does this look ok. Would this cause any problems with my pc?

ok i took this pic ages ago in late 2007 when my pc was working perfectly..

this is now when it keeps freezing and sometimes resetting itself for no reason..

are there any obvious problems that could be causing freezing/resetting issues?? the top pic was at overclocked settings, this current one is just bios defaults.
