hi, i just got my new internet last week from Be, i went with the unlimited package and straight away got a call from them, they guy on the phone did some speed tests and line optimizations and it was running great, now in games and on the web i get disconnected quite often so im just wondering if this looks right?

Your attenuation looks about right for your speed. Have they switched interleaving on? If so, turn it back off in your account profile and see if that fixes it.

Other than that, get back on the phone to them.
