Does this overclock look ok?

My mate overclocked my PC for me as I didn't feel safe doing it, I was paranoid about blowing something up.

He's really experienced in the field of computers/overclocking but I want to make sure he hasn't made a mistake anywhere.

Does everything look OK on this tab?

Overclocked from 2.4Ghz to 3.0Ghz. E4600

Temps are pretty much fine, something like 22-23C idle and fully loaded they were at about 40C.

EDIT - Some one said I should have done 333FSB and 9x multiplyer? I have no idea what it means lol.
