Does this sound like a good setup? (well to go with a 19" monitor)

Hi, just seen what i believe to be a good deal on overclockers and was just wondering if you guys here on the OcUk forum thought so too. Basically what i wanted to know was if you thought that these specs sounded quite good for a mid priced machine?, basically i want to be able to play far cry 2 (which i have seen people play on a 4850 at 1680x1050 on a 22" monitor) at least at 1024x768 on high. I know it'll play the other games i wanna play like S.T.A.L.K.E.R (both of em), ET: Quake Wars, Resident Evil 4, and the likes.

Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) Overclocked to 3.00GHz!

Asus P5Q Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

HIS ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI PCI-Express

Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 PC2-6400C5 TwinX

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler

Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB SATA-II 32MB Cache

LG GGC-H20L Blu-Ray Reader & HD-DVD ROM Serial ATA Drive

OCZ StealthXStream 500w Silent ATX2 Power Supply

Also what OS would you advise? i know 4gb ram works best on a 64bit OS, but yet i'm still confused, I would have thought Vista Premium SP1 64bit would be the best option but i may be mistaken.

Thanks in advance :)

That looks a really good setup, would definitely play the games you mentioned, especially on a 19" monitor, even going up to 22" or even 24" it'd still do well.

What case are you planning on putting it all inside , if it is only a budget one with poor airflow and you are overclocking i would ditch the Freezer 7 and get something like a Thermalright Ultima or Thermalright TRUE.;)

The Thermalright Ultra is on offer this week .
