Your cpu multiplyer/bus/fsb/speed is down, in your bios do you have any speed step or cool n quiet things enabled? (i think thats why they are called)
As they slow down your pc to reduce heat for general home pc use for people who dont need full grunt for games all the time.

If so disable them, then tidy up the bios and re-run the test, allso if you dont have the latest 3dmark, id suggest downloading the newest

Hmm I'll take a look in the BIOS for anything suspecious... it's definatly the latest 3DMark version.
 
What should the multi bit be? I checked the BIOS and only thing I saw out of place was that the multi part was at 6 - maximum available is 9 - isnt that what it should be?
 
Okay I just changed it to 9 in the BIOS and nothing has happened in CPU-Z =\ Still shows 6... anyway else I can change it?
