Does this sounds like motherboard?

So I built a system for a friend a few months ago, roughly 5.

I've now got a hold of the machine been doing some troubleshooting to try and work out where the fault lies.
RAM, HDD, GFX & PSU all work in my system

Unfortunately its an 1366 and I'm 775, so I'm unable to test CPU and MOBO.

All fans spin up as if starting, keep going but no output to monitor, checked the USB and there's no power there either.

99% Sure but just wanted to run it past you guys before I start an RMA.

Did you test the PSU with a multi-meter?

I tested the PSU on my own system.

I've since managed to get the thing working again, basically because I've taken everything out, I had to put it back in, tested it and it came back to life.
Strange, keeping an eye on it and if it acts up again I'll begin the RMA.
