Overlocking isn’t much of a thing anymore. Most of the prebuilt machines (unless they’re 8 pack) will most likely be at stick speeds.

and if the system does come overclock you can always reset the motherboard to default setting and it will be like it came straight from the factory.

If you don't want to overclock a system that has been pre overclocked, reset BIOS and enable XMP/EXPO, and go through the usual settings to optimise it but not overclock

It not Overclocked like they use to back in the day everything is auto tweaked so your good.
Would advise getting 6000mhz memory.

You're safe, as said, pretty much only 8Pack builds are overclocked (apart from memory, but hardly anyone counts that anymore).
Used to sell CPUs guaranteed to a certain speed back in late 90s see here…

I remember buying a PIII 650 guaranteed to 866 and when I got it wasn’t stable at 866 so sent it back and they sent me one which did do 866.
