Is it only ATI GPU's that work with AMD mobo's, or can Nvidia GPU's work and vice versa.

Stulid if I replace the mobo you said to on the intel build will it be pretty futureproof.
Also will it be able to run most new games maxed out at 1080p and finally which build should I go with?

Whats this "Ivybridge" too?
