Does tubing size affect cooling performance?

both rads are exhausting? dont we usually make both rads intake cold air and exhaust somewhere else like the back of the case

Maybe this is where I have been going wrong!

Both of mine are exhausting air out of the case - I should really start a new thread on this though with pics of current setup to give you guys a better chance of giving critical feedback.

Actually I did think of another question related to this thread:

Can I purchase 3/8" - 5/8" compression fittings that will fit with the current tubing I already have which is 7/16" - 5/8"? Or are the two incompatible?

I really like the look of the Bitspower 45 degree compression fittings (although expensive!).
