Does unengine Valley do downsampling natively?

I mean, my laptop screen is 1366*768. If I select run (full screen) at 1920*1080, will it render at 1080p but output at 1366*768?

Kind of like what ARMA 2 and 3 can do?

I would assume so. Take a screenshot and see what resolution it is. Or see if the gui has shrunk.
