Does Virgin Media TV work on a WinTV card?

As title I guess!

VM phoned to offer me a free upgrade to their TV, I just have phone and internet, but I said I didn't have a TV

But I watch TV on my wintv card instead.

How does this work, is it just a coax wire to put in where the aerial goes? No point me getting it if it doesn't wok on wintv though..

Any info would be greatly read

No, the signal comes through a decoder box via co-ax. I have the output going via scart from the decoder box to my pc using composite

So what cable comes out of the decoder box? I need component for Wii...

Which monitor have you got? What inputs does it have? I use my Dell for V+ from the component cable but you need to have a small TV to set the box up to output component. It can be done without but it's tricky.

Also, I'm sure there's a standard RF cable out on the box, could the OP not plug that into his TV card assuming it has a normal TV RF input?
