Does Vista SP1 32Bit Allow you to read 4GB of Ram?

Well simple title would be the question, does installing SP1 allow you to see 4gb of RAM on your 32-bit Vista OS?! Well the reason I ask this is because I recently put some extra ram in I had lying about the house to help render some animations through Archicad and thought I would check out how much it was reading, apparently its a full 4.00GB of Ram! Not 3.27Gb or 3.47Gb or any other random number that seemed to come before SP1 but the full 4gb!

Does anyone know for certain on this?
Also on SP1 itself I really enjoy using Vista on it, much more responsive and damn quick!

32Bit OS will only use about 3.2/3.5GB of RAM. SP1 will show you have 4GB but can't use all of it.

God know why the decided to include that little mask in the service pack, so many questions about 4gb support.
