Does Window 7 Home Premium 16GB memory limit include GPU RAM ???

Does anyone know if the Window 7 Home Premium 16GB memory limit also includes the GPU card RAM

E.G
So if you have a 2GB GPU card then you be limited to only 14GB system of ram??

Well, seeing as it is an entirely artificial limit, I'd say it only includes system RAM.

It's a 64bit OS so no it would not. 16GB limit is a function imposed by MS in Premium, not a limit imposed by OS architecture
