Basically I wondering if Vista has the feature where you can move your mouse to a corner of the screen and then all of the open applications will be displayed in miniature versions (kind of like alt-tab)

Recently I have been Windows vista seems to be doing this for me but I am not sure how to activate this effect as I want. It just seems to happen. I have attached a screen print below (I have two screens)

Edit: Infact this happens in photoshop when you move you cursor to the top right of the screen. Is there anyway to get this effect to also work when you are not working in photoshop.

Well can you see how on the right screen in the screenshot all the apps that I am using have appeard in miniature version and can click on them to bring them to the front of the screen. Do you see what I saying?

thats a good idea, i quite often have a few things on screen and to beable to do that would be great, i'll have to try it on my days off.

That flip 3d thing is pretty pants!

Compiz has lots of funky graphical things (including an exposé type rip-off) but that's for Linux :D

No... honestly I was just scan-reading and spotted you asking for 'the mac wallpaper' and pitched in...

'cracked vista wallpaper' is bound to bring up rubbish in google, lol

also, you're not allowed animated signatures here mate

although your's is pretty subtle :p
