I'm looking to get a new secondary monitor (IPS, 23-24" with tilt/rotate/height adjustment) the U2311H seems to fit my needs and is cheap at £200.
Only problem is, I've seen quite a few people say the monitor buzzes/whines when the brightness is below 100%. The only reason I'm looking for a new monitor to replace my Samsung 215TW is because the Samsung buzzes, so if the replacement buzzes too that would be a waste of time/money

Could people post what revision of U2311H they have and if it buzzes or not? Thanks!
