Dogh mixer

is the kenwood km265 the prospero? if so, i can recomment it. bought one in january and sofar it made all my doughs for bread, cuts my pototoes for dauphinoise potatoes, etc.
one of the best things i bought for the kitchen.

i spend a while to look into standmixer and in the end it was either the kenwood prospero, kenwood chef or kitchenaid standmixer. and the prospero won on price and size (its not too big to be put into a cupboard). all other ones where about £100 more expensive. the kenwood chef and kitchenaid have more attachements available, but i decided i wont need them. the only one i'll try and get for my prospero is the meatgrinder attachment, so i can make my own mince.

Prefer a mixer as you can do cream and cake mixes as well. Although a bread maker would be nice as well. Only if I had a 100 square meter kitchen for all gadgets.
