There's a song that has been played in this movie a couple of times tonight, I've heard it elsewhere (possibly a gumball rally film) and have no idea what it is.

It was played in the film right before it switched to Maggie May (approx 20-25 mins into the movie), it's got a trumpet type riff that sounds like something out of a 60s film. I can't think of any other way to describe it, long shot but anyone know what it might be? :)

Stuck this on the V+ last night and watched it realy early this morning, brilliant film I thought, great soundtrack and an interesting storyline, made me wish I had some talent instead of sitting around wasting away...

It's a great film. It's such a shame about Jay Adam's though (by the sounds of it).

If you liked Dogtown, watch Riding Giants. It's by the same guy and was made after Dogtown. It's about the history of big wave surfing and is utterly captivating. I sat down to watch it, looked at my watch at what i thought was 10 minutes in, and i'd already watched an hour. Probably my favourite documentary out there.
