I bought one of these recently

and very nice it is too. But somehow, in the process of getting OSX86 to load, I lost all my overclock settings in the BIOS (don't ask me how, all I did was disable the SATA hard drive).
From memory, it was overclocked to about 3.2Ghz, and the only other number can I remember was that the multiplier was set to x9. I went for the 4Gb of RAM as an option and so it was overclocked slightly slower than in the spec above.
Is anyone familar with this setup and can give me some clues as to what I settings I should be using in uGuru? Currently, I have it set back to

Multipler Factor: x9
Estimated New CPU Clock: 3150Mhz
DDRAM Speed (CPU: DRAM): Default (DDR2-1050)

CPU VTT: 1.2
MCH 1.25V Voltage: 1.25
ICH 1.050 Voltage: 1.05
ICHIO 1.5V Voltage: 1.50V
DDR2 Reference: 0%
CPU GTLREF 0&2: 67%
CPU GTLREF 1&3: 67%
I'm a novice in all this and am largely guessing. Thanks for any advice.
