We can certainly see where your academic priorities lie. If you do not understand the utterly basic concepts presented to you in computing, why are you taking the course?

oo that was kind wasnt it? some kids struggle with maths, i struggled with computing, did you think as to why i struggled, because i had a moron of a teacher who assumed a knew Visual basic, not everyone who takes computing / posts on these boards are as tech savvy as you

ffs that quote has really got to me

i didnt understand french, i still took the subject

and i got a D at AS for computing , so i scraped some kind of grade

I struggled with Maths A-Level and one of my teachers was absolutely abysmal, but I didn't just brush it off as 'boring', I worked a bit harder for A2 and managed to get a B.

As for being "tech savvy", it's hardly that - if you're competant enough to use a computer regularly, visit websites and have an interest in computers (as it seems you are, posting on a message board like this) and willing to do the work, computing A-Level is no huge step. Many of the questions in the AS level paper concern internal components and basic internet concepts, considering you've got over 3000 posts on a message board dedicated to advanced computing, I'm guessing you're hardly clueless about such matters.

Why did you make this decision? Did you not have a GCSE grounding in French?
