Im going to be cooling a 7900x and titan xp and have 1x EK SE360 1x SE280 and 1x SE140 rads. Ive ordered the 120mm 2200rpm and 140mm 2000rpm vardar fans and was planing to run them at 60-70% power at those speeds would I be able to hear the fans? or would I be better off getting the lower rpm vardars.
Doing my first custom loop fan choice?

I've never owned any Vardar's but like most high end fans should be silent below 1000RPM and still move plenty of air
fans will not be silent, well depends on your perspective and case etc. but i can hear mine just fine when they are above 500 rpm (corsair ML140 pro x9) pretty quiet, but not silent especially when pressed up against radiators.
and generally you will want them to ramp up when coolant temp increases, but then you would be gaming or such which would drown them out anyway.

Noctua, eloops or silent wing 3 if you want quiet and performance , but you pay the price !
