I have Atmos setup. Can you recommend, link to some Dolby Atmos Demos I can download?.

I have a friend round tonight and would like to showoff my setup :)

If you could recommend something particular, that would be great:)

Don't think it does. Standard YouTube stuff is all compressed to 2.0.

Annoyingly you can upload surround audio data for a YT video and it is there on their system but no standard YouTube interface will play it - I'm guessing it is internal support for some movies and/or demos or whatever.

I suppose the 1000's of Youtube videos like this one are useless then and fake.

Play it on your device and check it. It will play in stereo and not Dolby Atmos.

Even the 4k add-on pack that costs money will only play in 5.1, everything else without it plays in standard 2.0 stereo.

That's not what I am saying. Look up them on YouTube and use it to find them. Then go find the original. Like a visual library.

Someone mentioned THX that's not Dolby Atmos either.

YouTube, common man OP asked a serious question, don't give a joke answer

here you go OP

Its not a "joke" answer. There are loads of Dolby Atmos trailers on Youtube, just because they dont have the Dolby Atmos soundtrack doesnt mean it not a Dolby Atmos trailer you can find the ones you like then go find the original file which as I said before you often find the URL to the original link in the description. Think before you **** someone off.

THX isnt even Dolby but no one says thats not a joke answer!

I've checked a few of the demos on youtube and indeed a lot of them have a DD and DD+ audio stream - including the one linked in this thread. The DD+ stream says Atmos on my receiver as well.

Some TV's have a built in youtube app that supports DD output via optical or arc. But don't count on it working. Download them instead and play in your favorite player.
