Hi guys, I just bought a new logitech z5400 5.1 speakers set that im quite proud of. I've also go cyberlink power DVD SE for WMP, no program just dvd functionality. Anyway, my question is this, in vista in the digital output settings it lets me chose formats (dts and dolby) when I play the sample files the decoder box screen says Dolby, or DTS and the sound comes out the speakers. Lovely I thought.
When I play a dvd back, which is deffernatly Dolby 5.1 the reciever doesnt seem to change do the appropriate mode. Is there something I have to do in WMP to get it to use Dolby? When I bought the software it deffernatly said Dolby 5.1 playback as a feature!
