Domain becoming available?

I'm after a domain, which I knew someone else had but never got updated. When I've looked on 123-reg today, it still shows as taken, but doing the whois gives the following information:

Relevant dates:
Registered on: 28-Jan-2006
Renewal date: 28-Jan-2008
Last updated: 21-Mar-2006

When will it become available to me to swipe? :)
 
The site's had nothing on for years and was only ever updated once :p It's somebody else stepping in that I'm more bothered about.
 
It's now changed to:

Renewal required.
*** This registration has been SUSPENDED. ***

What does this mean?

Can you tell I want this domain? :p

EDIT: Nominet aren't very helpful, but I eventually found this: http://www.nic.uk/registrants/maintain/renew/

Therefore, it can still be renewed at any point in those 90 days? I've got to wait it out until the 28th April and hope they don't renew?

Holy thread bump, it's now 6th May and it's still not been released! Any ideas?
