Domain email not working

I have have a domain for useing emails has been working fine up to a few days ago

i have checked all settings and all seems ok

email adress: [email protected]
mail server is : POP3
incoming: mail.balnamore.com
outgoing: mail.balnamore.com

Now when i try to recive emails i get

i have contacted the people i registered my domain with they said that
the IP is not theirs :?

any help on this please

Is this your hosting company "BRADHOST INTERNET SERVICES"? are these the ones who said the IP is not theirs?
 
It's because your domain expired on the 3rd October and is now being held.

You need to pay the renewal, or if you have already paid Bradhost, you need to get them to sort the top level records out.

yes it was up for renewal a few days ago i payed for it and bradhost told me all was ok and not being held etc

time to email him thanks for the help guys
 
That's a bit tardy from your hosting provider. They do look pretty cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for!
