Domain name directing problem

This is literally driving me MAD.

To begin with, I had a slight problem, where if I typed in just http://site.com it wouldnt work, but if I added www.site.com it would be fine.

I got around that problem, using a redirection, then someone told me to try a different IP, tried that, completely no joy. Ok, not a problem I will replace it with my old settings, now I cant even get in to my site by typing www.site.com. ONLY if I add a index.html at the end.

It is starting to really annoy the hell out of me now.

The IP for my server is:

69.73.1xx.100

* (other) A 69.73.1xx.100
@ (none) A 67.73.1xx.100
www A 69.73.1xx.100

@ (none) URL http://www.daartsloft.com/index.html

This is under the DNS Settings of my Domain Registration company. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is seriously messed up - your nameservers are reporting God-knows how many different IP addresses for your site: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/traversal.ch?domain=daartsloft.com&type=A

Fix that first

Umm, did you type that email address right? I know I sound a bit of a noob here, but am very new to the webbased stuff, normally I do graphic design add me at [email protected] (my MSN)
