domain name transfer?

Simply, don't transfer until you receive the payment!
I'm had no issues selling, and only 1 buying where the guy took ages to transfer (claiming house moves, bank changes, his dog dying etc etc) but generally I've been OK.

I'm currently in the process of selling a domain name on behalf of the company I work for.
It is a rather large sale (over £9k).
The individual in question will bank transfer us the money and then I'll arrange transfer.
It has to be "transfer once funds have arrived" deal.
