Domain Names?

If there is a domain name you would like that someone currently owns, but you know it will expire soon, how can you register yourself as the next in line for it?

You can't - all you can do is hope they don't renew. Some companies offer services where they'll submit renewals as soon as the domain expires, in the hope of grabbing it for you, though.
