Domain Reg + Host

Need 1 or 2 companies to reg and host my domain

Looking at a .org.uk site which hasnt used before. So whats realiable and cheap. Also I would like one of those email things where they keep it online and then you download it rather than using a mail server?

For registering an org.uk domain you can do a lot worse than use 123-reg.co.uk
It will cost you about £5.20 for 2yrs (.uk domains are always registered for two years at a time).
Once you've got your domain registered then the world is your oyster with regards hosts.
I'm sure there will be a few suggestions posted - I won't suggest mine as it's a reseller account for my numerous domains and basically a lot more than you need.
