I'm looking for a domain Registrar so I can purchase both .com and .co.uk domain names for my business.

Need them to have good support and also need them to have a good DNS control panel so I can set up as many records as I need.

123-reg.co.uk offer you a control panel which will let you do almost anything.
They are also currently running a "Buy your .com for 2yrs and get the co.uk for free" offer.

I have a Platinum package with them and they have been absolutely spot on with everything so far.

I'd say their customer support is up there with the very best. Anytime I've had a minor hassle or a question about something, they respond almost instantly.
 
123-reg has a very simple control panel and it is very easy to change nameservers or other options through it. Also any change to the nameservers happens within 20 mins which is good.

I use dynahost too and i must say their customer service is extremely quick whether through their forums always occupied by moderators or simply by email.

My advice would be to use a different company for your domain names rather than the one packaged with your webhost.
