This is data I've pulled from the domaintools website about a web site I'm querying.

I'm wondering where the domain name is registered and where the actual hosting account is setup.

To me it looks likes 123 reg is for the domain name and Zen is the web host.

Registrant's address:
The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service.

Registrar:
GX Networks Ltd t/a 123-Reg.co.uk [Tag = 123-REG]
URL: http://www.123-reg.co.uk

Name servers:
ns.123-reg.co.uk
ns2.123-reg.co.uk

However, the IP location tells me this:

IP Location
uk.gif
- United Kingdom - Zen Internet Ltd
Response Code: 200 Domain Status: Registered And Active Website

You didn't give the name of the domain you were querying, no matter though.
Basically someone registered the domain with 123-reg.co.uk.
As an individual they opted not to have there personal info published in the whois database.

The name servers belong to 123-reg.co.uk, this is normal.
The owner of the domain will be using 123-reg.co.uk's DNS servers as the SOA
for the domain they registered.

123-reg.co.uk will have a Control Panel were you can add DNS entries
The owner/admin of the domain will have added an entry for www.x pointing to there ZEN ADSL IP and will be hosting the web server on there home/SOHO LAN.

It doesn't have to be hosted on Zen ADSL - Zen do SDSL and leased lines as well as the most likely option: web hosting.

If the OP had mentioned the domain in question then it would be a simple matter to resolve the IP.
As he didn't it can only be a guess.
