I'm in the process of transferring my domain. It was previosly registered with Vidahost (with my hosting), and I've now moved my hosting to Tsohost and the domain along with it.
I've been having some trouble getting this transferred however, firstly the domain had privacy protection enabled - I assumed they would foward me the confirmation emails but they didn't. I chased them up (privacyprotect.org) but got no reply. Vidahost removed the privacy protection for me, and the WHOIS now shows my contact details, so any transfer requests should come direct to me (it is unlocked ready for transfer).
Tsohost have resent the transfer request for about the 5th time, and I've still not received any sort of communications to advise me it's been requested, or allow me to confirm it to go ahead.
Both Tsohost, and Vidahost have been helpful when I've emailed them, and have always gotten back to me within a couple of hours at most - and they seem to be doing everything they should; but what can I do to get this progressed?
