Domain VS Workgroup

I run a small business. At the moment I just run a work group and set up a central share.

I am wondering what are the pros of a domain over a workgroup?

can you push applications from the server to PCs?

Also, does anyone know if you can hot swap HDDs in RAID 10 with the onboard raid on Asus P7P55D Evo Intel P55?

depends on how fast you are growing and if you'll be growing and growing in the future..
Also do you want the features of small business server, I assume you'll be looking at that if you want a domain..

Hadn't looked at that, was just going to put standard on.

It will be a webserver and SQL server also (max 7 users...)

what is the benefit of SBS over Standard assuming i dont need to run exchange ?

I suppose the backup center looks good.
