Domainmonster email broken

Hi all,
Since yesterday lunchtime I stopped receiving emails forwarded from my domains to my gmail account. Domainmonster's service status page is down but twitter suggests others are having email problems too.
I sent them a support webnote last night and followed it with an email today, but no acknowledgement yet.
Anyone else here affected and/or have a clue what's going on?

Edit: one just landed, about 24 hours delayed. Hopefully this means email is queued and not lost.

Emails seem to have returned to normal, but I'm unimpressed with their communications and the time it took to fix. After a significant email outage only a few years ago (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2014/10/14/domain_monster_email_outage/), you might expect that they would have made their systems more resilient, but apparently not.
