Just wondering what the safe max voltage is for this memory (DDR4)? Currently running 1.36v under XMP but does not seem to be 100% stable and bringing up a code for more voltage.

Depends on the IC. Though i'm sure you'd be perfectly fine on at least 1.4v 24/7 regardless. Samsung B-dies people are using waaayy more on Overclock.net

1.45v 24-7 is not an issue at all 24-7

Indeed, but with Ryzen for some reason i've found was worse than 1.4v. Go figure. There's something uneven with voltage, probably a DF restraint.
