Dominator Speed Issue

Recently upgraded rig to
ASUS Striker Extreme
Geforce 8800 GTX
2gb Corsair Dominator 6400 C4
QX6700 CPU
Memory Speed in Sandra 5400Mb/s and only 5.3 in the Vista experience Index.
Anyone out there got the same gear and the holy grail settings for decent ram speed.
