Done It!!!

Installed Vista Ultimate 32bit.

This is what ive done for now....

Added a Seagate 400gb IDE
Installed 32bit ( for now ) onto this ide

Ati X1900XTX new drivers a ok
SB Audigy S2 beta drivers all ok
Canon ip6700D new drivers from Canon
Dell Axim, nice new MS drivers

So thats done :-)

Network Nforce worked no worries

It's a lot faster then XP sofar

The only prob is it wont see my Sata Raptors as they are, BUT ive turned them off as ive left XP Pro on them so I can boot onto it if I get problems!!

Got new Nikon RAW drivers and they work in Windows Gallery too !!

So far im pleased with the out come.
Will keep you all informed.

Roll on new Nforce4 Drivers for my Lanparty Expert !!!!!!

I've got 2 Raptors in SATA Raid0 (nForce4) and Vista saw them straight from the installer, no installing extra drivers or anything.

Also, there's new nforce4 drivers out over on the nvidia site.

also - where did you get the nikon raw image codecs from? I have some .nef files kicking about in my drives cos my brother in law and dad both have Nikon cameras - Windows photo gallery tells me there's an update available and gives me a link to get the file - but it just gives a page saying the codec isn't available.
