done mem test no problems, but bsods still.

Ok so I removed many of the bsods which at first were related to my RAM being somewhat underclocked, however I am getting bsods such as Memory_Management and system_service_exception for dxgmms1.sys

It's a new system with a quite a decent build yet I am getting these errors continuously.
Any ideas?

AMD phenom II 955 @ 3.7
4GB Corsair DDR3 XMS3
ATI 5850 1GB no OC.
600 watt OCZX PSU
Gigabyte UD3 series.
Clean install on a formatted HDD Windows 7 64 bit (installed with 2GB ram after installation inserted another 2GB)

I guess I can probably reset back to default, but that would mean my memory would be underclocked again below the standard voltage which then causes memory bsods all over again, just half way typing this got another bsod.


Edit: Ok so I've reset everything back to normal and now got a BSOD which says:
spsys.sys

They are just random and non consistent, think I might have to call up OCUK again =/

something interesting to report too, just changed over graphics card to an 8800 GT; my old card, and so far no BSOD what so ever =/ maybe I should RMA my ATI 5850 then by the looks of things
