Donington BTCC

Hi Guys

Thinking of heading to the BTCC to give my new lens a 70-200 F4 IS a proper day out. Was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice for good camera locations?

Is it worth buying a £10 Grand Stand ticket, didnt think Donington had many grand stands?

i know this thread is from 2011, but I'm hopeful that after all these years someone has worked out a good place to stand?

Wow this is an old thread. I was actually planning of going this year.

Best places I found were just before the bridge at the Old Hair Pin. Inside the Forgarty Esses shicane and inside Red gate corner. The last one is the Inside of Crane Curves.

I saw something on another forum recently suggesting there was no infield access at present.
Not sure if that is still valid. You would hope not for an event the size of BTCC.

Might be worth checking though.
