Donington Park Trackday

Did a trackday at Donington Park on Sat just past. First time back there in two years, quite liked the new Esses, but still prefer the National layout. Had to book up in the Fast group because Inters was full, little nervous but it wasnt all that bad, actually safer than Inters because they all had good pace and the passes were much safer.

Finally got a chance to open up the R1 too. Found out it does a true GPS 120MPH in 2nd gear too!

Nice pics and vid. Great track Donington, not done it since it got resurfaced. Toying with the idea of booking one for september, still places left. Just the weather in the country, always russian roulette.

They've not resurfaces it. Just patched a few sections around the back straight/esses where it got ripped up before the previous company went under. It wasnt bumpy though

It was booked with No Limits, but Hottrax, No Limits and Focused Events are fine.

exactly, hoping to get one or two more in this year, i'll take a chance and wait till i can see the weekly forcast before booking. anglsey, oulton or donny.
