Don't have access to Windows Update??

Trying to 'Check For Updates' on Windows 10 and I get this:

I've checked the security permissions by right clicking on 'Check For Updates' and I can see that I should have full control:

Strangely I CAN access it via PC Settings/Update & Security.

Any ideas?
